ABOUT US
Ken O'Brien Sails is a family business operated by Ken and his wife Bec. Ken has been a sailmaker for 30 years and with a young family relocated his loft to his home premises.
This allows a reduction of overheads and gives Ken the ability to concentrate on what he does best, make high quality sails for racing and cruising yachts. Operating from a home base also allows more time to service the clients needs through flexibility of time management.
As well as design and construction of racing and cruising sails, Ken is available for consultation on a wide range of services including:
- On site measuring for new sails and covers
- Pick ups and deliveries
- Rig tuning
- Sail assessment and setting
- Design modification
- Deck systems
- Repairs and alterations
